Experienced host. I received many payments in 2016, last one on Dec 28. Then on April 1, my first 2017 payment was rejected, and Airbnb says my account info is incorrect, even though nothing has changed between now and when it worked before. Even so, I have re-entered my account info 3x while being on the phone with my bank to confirm all details, and the payout been returned each time. Apparently the payments team is a 3rd party, and no one at Support is able to discuss directly, only by email. It's been a month and I'm getting nowhere.
Anyone else experiencing this? Solutions? Thanks!
Potential relevant facts: It's a Canadian bank account. Bank is HSBC, not listed in the bank list, so I have to select "other"
