I need your voice and HELP with Resoultion Center issue that they are not going admit for thier misake they made. They are not going to liability what they did. I already submitted all of my evidences to support my cases. You have no idea how DISAPPOINTED with them even I am one of thier longest host as "Superhost" for 3 years.
They have gut to return full REFUND to airbnb guest even though its invalid reason why its return money back to them and Airbnb guest supposed stay for 3 months but Airbnb approved him to leave 4 days later with full refund because they accepted his excuse for full refund since he was complaining everyday to find a way to get full refund otherwise Airbnb guest don't want to cancelled on his own end due to my strict canclled policy.
Also, I sumbitted to Airbnb to cover the damaged what Airbnb guest did to our units to abused it which is not necessary even though Airbnb refused to willing to take thier libility the damages during his staying with my invoives and recepits as my evidence, but AIrbnb rejected my requested for not keep his orginial reservation and not able reimbursement to fix the damages at all.
What should I do now? Its never resolve this issue since Nov 17th. I did ask for new case manager few times, they are being stubborn and not cooperate with me at all. I am very frustrating. All I am asking for your help to spread out the word to Airbnb host community and get AIrbnb attention to take reconsider the case very seriously. I am not going let them get away from it even though Airbnb force me to stuck it up lose 8k of reservation and 2k matierals/labors to repair.
