Accessing claim message thread

Hi everyone

I'm trying to access the message thread from a claim I placed with a past guest. 

After her stay, there was damaged done beyond cleaning to bed sheets so I sent in a payment request for a replacement. 

She declined it, and in the message she sent through the platform,  threatened to leave a bad review if I moved forward with the claim and involved airbnb. I did involve Airbnb and they agreed the damage should be covered by the guest and so payment was made.

However, given the threats received, and how this goes against Airbnb policies, I reached out to CC.

Airbnb can access the message she sent in the claim thread and see the threats made but for some reason I can't access that thread  anywhere.  Any idea where to click or go to get to the thread? 

As of now, Airbnb said they couldn't do anything until she carried out her threat and actually left a bad review. So they will not enforce their own policy on sanctioning guests (or hosts) for using threats on the platform...
