I recieved an enquiry but did not like the sound of the group. I sent a polite message explaining why I was not accepting the booking and then, instead of declining the enquiry I accidentally hit 'accept'. Now Airbnb has blocked the dates and the cancellation has shown up in my reviews. I cannot see any contact details for Airbnb on the site at all and wonder if anyone has any advise on how to get in touch with a member of staff who might be able to sort this out for me?
