Airbnb keeps adjusting my listed price down (smart pricing is off)

Hi all, 

I have two listed rooms on Airbnb. It went great for a while till recently, Airbnb keeps showing wrong price to guests. My listed price was adjusted down 40% off!! Even after I went into the dashboard and manually changed the price, it would be changed back to the wrong price the next day. 

I had to cancel/apologize to at least 6 bookings that were booked under the wrong price. I've contacted the support team for about a week now, but they are useless. They don't seem to understand the issue and offered zero support. 

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Who should I contact to escalate this issue? It's been unfair to the airbnb guests and really affect my hosting experience and business in general.

If you can't have an accurate rate on a booking platform, @Sophia100, then it is pretty much useless to you, right?  Are you speaking with a representative or using Twitter?  What explanation have you receive about the pricing problem?  I hope you are involving Air BNB in the cancellations due to the price problem so you are not being penalized.

BTW @Sophia100  I did notice a huge discrepancy between your base price of $86 and your calendar price of $130+ on one listing while the base price and calendar price of the other listing is the same.  Is this what you intend?  If a traveler searches without dates then the price that is picked up is the base price.  Only if there are dates does the calendar price kick in.  Don't know if this observation helps or not.
