Anyone know why price listed on map and my set price differ?

Hey guys

I have a price minimum ($257) and max ($305) that I put on my listing, but when I search it on the map it comes up at $405. Also for some reason I can't adjust specific weekend prices anymore. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

I had the same issue and I think the system takes the last price paid.
