Ask guest to leave

our guest floated our kitchen, because she broke our washing mashine.

can we ask her to leave? she had no permission to enter our kitchen nor to use anything. we even write about this in our listing that we dont anyone to use it or if so they should ask first.

when she noticed that she floated our kitchen with water she just took her clothes out, dried them and left without cleaning any of the water in the kitchen.

we got called by our landlord that its dripping water in the flat below us. we have to pay for this mess now.

we really want this person to leave, but we are not sure how this would work and if we are allowed to ask her to leave.

please let me know as soon as possible.

is there any possibility to reach airbnb via telephone? we would really love to discuss what happens now and if we are allowed to ask her to leavee.
