Sound great. I would sugest a help chat or support line on the host page. I have problems with a couple of calendars, I sent a message from your main website but no one has gotten back to me yet.

Hover over the "Discuss" tab at the top right of the navigation bar from any view in this community forum, then "All Discussion Rooms" where you will see the Tips & Tutorials. 

You have to start a conversation from within that topic view for the conversation to be categorized as such.
