Available Dates Showing Unavailable on App

I am having this issue and I have been a user for 3 years. It started back in November 2018 when people couldn't see my house available during Christmas. I missed out on $2000 in revenue that week. Airbnb escalated the issue but could never fix the issue. Now my most money making week (4th of July) and several other weeks are still showing unavailable. I am going to lose a great deal of money this year. Still no answers other than "there is an issue with the app." If people use their web browser, they will see the dates available, but almost all travelers use the app now. Anyone else experiencing this?
