Anyone know why air bnb says available day in February are 36?? Sure this affects my booking percentage... surely February has amax of 28/29??

Nope, one isn’t available at all until very end of April? But thanks for having a go!

Actually you maybe right, as 1 is a new listing just blocked off until April... but may have gone live in Feb so has a few days that could’ve been available had they not been blocked!! Clever you!!
