BOOKINGS

Hi

I have a customer which is he has not had good host feed back and has booked with us. I don't know what to do.

He has booked and I need to accept or decline. But will that effect my status and will I get penalysed against this?

As I lost my husband recently and unfortunately had to cancel some bookings due to this. And I don't want to upset my ratings.

Or should I just leave the booking and not accept or decline and let it roll over, as it is for just one night.

Your feed back would be greatly assisted.

if he already booked then you would not have an option to decline or accept. You could only cancel your reservation .

So he either sent you an inquiry or a request.

If it is an inquiry you can just answer in text .

If it is an request then you should either click accept or decline button in 24 h period

Thanks for replying. What if I let it lapse over 24 hour period, I know it get blocked but am I penalysed? Maree

It 'sounds' like you have a ~request~ for a booking and the choices are Accept or Decline, right? Best to 'answer' either way vs let the 24-hour clock expire.
