Bad review with big lies

Dear all,

I have recently hosted someone and when he left, he wrote a bad review with some big lies about my "employees" (which are my sister and another family member). Knowing that airbnb doesn't delete any review apart from exeptional situations, I am wondering how you would react in such a situation? I have posted a reply under his review but I am afraid a lot of people will not read my message....

Thank you all.

Sarah

i suppose i've read the right review in question

first, is spanish your native language? I see that the guest answered in spanish no problem with that, and then you also answered in spanish but in a way that look to be translated with google translator.

I'm not sure if you're spanish native, but in the case you are not native in guest language i would think its better answer in english.

About what you've wrote, you dont need to be worried, becuase that will be available to everyone when they check your profile. I just opened your profile and scrool down and saw that with zero problems.

>>No señor, ellos no reciben comisión por la venta de los tours. [ok]

>>Es triste [this almost sound the guy is a sad person in a bad way of saying that]

>>Nos comprar o Muestran huéspedes lugares de venta [here i dont understand what are you trying to say...]

>>Lo siento por las toallas [ok you confirm the issue with the towels, it was really 24h to get them?]

>>Tienes un poco tarde . Esto no es correcto lo que dices... [also i dont get what are you saying here????]
