Bathroom details for renovating Vintage RV

Hello, we are renovating an old Holiday Rambler to put on our property and potentially airbnb. Thoughts on what to do with Toilet? Compost, Dry Toilet? Also, what about Gray Water? Any pointers on this topic of Vintage RV's?
