Bed and Breakfast

Hi all,

We have a four bedroom B & B, but guests are being quoted incorrect prices as airbnb only does per night pricing, how can i ensure that our guests are going to get the correct prices and we are going to get paid the correct amount?  IE: just received and enquiry for 6 guests (which is 3 rooms) and price quoted has only done per night, so its a 1/3 of what the price should actually be! Should i do four separate lisitngs for each room? Which to me is a pain for our guests as theyd have to book each room on a separate lisitng if they want more than one room, time consuming and i think would attribute to the guest just looking elsewhere. Any other suggestions or way around it? Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi @Tracey9,

You need to setup each room as a separate listing.  Right now you have it setup as a private room that sleeps 8 people and there are five beds in that room.  You need to think of it as a hotel essentially.

Thought so. I shall do that today. I have already emailed the guest enquiry and advised them and apologised, and advised i would have it rectfied by the end of the day should they wish to go ahead.
