In my opinion, you most definitely should provide towels, sheets, and bedding supplies. If you should choose not to provide basic items like linens, make sure it is VERY CLEARLY LISTED in your rental post as many guests expect that all beds and bathrooms will have these things.

If you were travelling to a city on vacation or work would you take sheets, duvet covers and mattress covers? No you wouldn't. Would you take towels? Yes, you might well do so. Think about what the guest will expect and provide that. We provide a fully made-up bed plus plenty of towels, soaps, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials. I think you should provide bedding as a minimum and it will affect your bookings if you don't, but if you decide not to - which you are perfectly entitled to do - you MUST make it very clear in your description that these are not provided.

@Steven40 do you really expect someone to show up at your place with a suitcase full of towels and bedding?  Duh...Yes, you should provide towels, pillows and bedding, unless you are renting for extended periods (30+ days) and expect your guests to bring their own stuff, in which case you need to make it clear in your posting. And yes, in case you are wondering, you need to wash the towels and bedding between guests. Please keep in mind that you will be reviewed by your guests and you want to make their stay as pleasant as possible so that you get good reviews.

@Steven40 I see you've got the minimum stay set to 7 nights. Even with the number of beds you've got that is a short enough minimum stay that you will need to provide bedding and towels or make it very cler that you are not doing so, but that will impact your bookings.
