Booking 2 separate weeks in June

Hello! I have a guest who wants to book all my available dates in June (I have a confirmed booking by another guest in the middle of the month). She agreed to pay 2 separate cleaning fees because essentially she will be doing 2 check-ins. Because I am offering her a discounted rate, I've already sent her the first special offer and planned to send her a second one after she accepts the first.

Is this the best way to go about it? She is saying that she doesn't want to pay two service fees on two separate bookings. Should I just combine all dates and costs and send it to her on one special offer, and block out the dates in June on my calendar? Would that save the guest on airbnb's service fee?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated as this is my first experience handling a request like this. Thanks!
