Inconsistency between my listed price and price in messages

Hi

 

A couple of days ago I updated my monthy price to $3700. I have just received a booking enquiry for a 28 day (month) stay and the payout advised is $3517 after $109 service fee. To add to the confusion, the payment advice from the app says the payout is $3842.

 

Either way, both are inconsistent. 

 

Can anyone help me as to why this is happening?

I got the same problem. I don't know how to solve this. And the stupid thing is that there is NO WAY to contact them! What a lot of BS! I am with Safari Now as well. There they have people always willing to help you and talk to you. If it keeps going on like this, i rather unlist again.

I have the same problem too! Sorry thatg I can't assist, but it seems that contacting them is impossible. I have a listed price for one guest, but the apartment sleeps two, so if only one guests books and two arrive, I have no way of adjusting the price. I have tried many ways to get in contact, but it seems no-ne wants to contact me re this problem - what to do????
