Booking issues

I've now had three guest who have not been able to book our B&B on this website.  They go through the process get to the end only to have the site close down on them.  How can this be fixed, this last one was from a corporation and it does not look good for us.  We went with this service because of the expense to set up a private website and all of the credit card issues that we were trying to avoid as a new start up.  But now it looks like we are going to have to go through this expence after all since this site is not providing the service.

Be sure to let Airbnb know abou the issue. It's definitely not typical. It looks like you've had several guests who had no problem.

I would like to know how to get hold of someone from air bnb.. That's my issue.
