@Peter1395
Peter that's a bit like saying I want to fly passengers around but I don't have an aeroplane!
You need to start at the begining and the basis of hosting is to have some sort of a property which will appeal to guests. If you don't have access to bricks and mortar then there is a thriving section of the hosting community who host Tents, Yurts, mini-transportable buildings! Some entrepreneurs even set these up in the street outside their property. There is a company who specialise in the manufacture of these buildings for the express purpose of STRs!
But you do need a bit more than an idea!
I would doubt that a hotel would hand over some of it's property to allow someone else to take a cut out of their earning potential.
Making a profit out of hosting guests is hard enough when you lease or own the property, I would imagine the hill you have to climb without having access to property would be insurmountable!
I think your best option is to make yourself available to other hosts as a co-host!
Cheers.....Rob
