Boosting discount

Hey guys, i've noticed that some profiles have "book between 2-8 of this month and get a 10 ish discount" note, any idea how to set this up? so it might attract new costumers to my listing?

@Alexandra224 check your calendar messages.  For some listings Airbnb offers hosts the opportunity to offer a 10% discount.  Here's what it looks like:
