Calender preferences- long term vs. short term

I'm new to the site and still learning the ins and outs of the app, as well as hosting.  I prefer to have long term guests vs. short term guests as it emiliminates extra turnover work.  Is there a way that I can open my calender 9 months out for guests looking for a long term reservation, but only allow short term bookings to look 30 days out?

I don't want to take a one day booking 90 days in advance that might in turn make my listing ineligible for a long term booking.  I am happy to "fill the gaps" in my calendar with short term stays, but I would prefer that that far in advance, only long term guests could book.

That's a good question @Breanna21

I think it will work using rule sets, you'll have to switch them on by going to your account settings and clicking on settings, then switch on professional hosting tools. I know it says its for multiple listings but it appears to work for one listing.
