Can AirBnb fix a basic spelling error in their location list?

Burgundy (France) is the correct spelling. Not Burgandy as it is listed in the Airbnb supplied location.

Although I asked them to fix it months ago, no change. And no obvious method to contact them directly which is really annoying for hosts.

Makes it look like I cannot spell the location of my own place.

Airbnb customer service doesn't monitor this host-based forum. It's unlikely that they'll open a bug ticket based on your post for hosts. I'd suggest contacting airbnb directly.

How frustrating, @Bruce44! If phoning doesn't work, try tweeting AirbnbHelp in Twitter. If you do not have a Twitter account, you might consider setting one up for this. It is not an emergency, but I know I would be seething if Florence was spelled Florance on my listing. Good luck!
