Can I offer a special rate once a reservation is requested?

Hi There,

I had a request for a booking but didn't meet the minimum stay required. I told the guest that if he could stay an additional day we could accept, so I declined the original request, and now he can't rebook with the additional night. Is something wrong in how I did that?

@Michael8.  You could check out my response to another post which can be found here.  It might be helpful.  I am not sure you can do anything about the extra night except block it off on your calendar.
