Cancelled Reservation - HELP!

My calendar has stayed blocked because I cancelled a reservation at the request of the guest. I want to unblock it. Anyone know how to do this please I have 5 weeks blocked.

Sadly a common situation, you will find many posts on this issue.

There is no option to cancel a reservation on behalf of a guest, you can only cancel as a host which comes with some nasty negatives such as blocked calendar.

Only ABB can change this, and you would need to plead your case with them.

i ditto what david said. NEVER EVER cancel a reservation on behalf of a guest. They do that so they dont have to pay their fees.
