Cannot pre-approve a reservation

Hello everyone ! 

 

I cannot pre-approve a reservation. It says : ''Unfortunately, you cannot pre-approve this guest because your calendar is not available for the specified date range.''

 

There was a couple of inquiries for that date, but afterwards I declined all of them. Why does it still say it ?

Hi @Irem0

Go to your main calendar to check if there's no reservation pending verification.... That's may be the cause... Otherwise send a "Special Offer" for the dates you guest want to book...

I found that I had this issue using my mobile phone app. Onced I have logged onto my laptop I was able to pre-approve/decline. I think it could be a glitch with the mobile phone apps but if you log onto a computer you should be able to pre-approve/decline.

@Irem0 Hi, had the exact problem earlier in the week. The following day it worked. I only use a phone so as someone else said it could be a problem with the App. 

All okay for now!
