Cleaning fee

My guest expects me to provide cleaning facility while she has booked my house? Does the cleaning fee mean that i am expected to provide this service?

The cleaning fee is normally for the end cleaning, but not for cleaning during stay.

I agree with @Marit-Anne0! Cleaning Fees are for between stays. They are there to ensure that EITHER you can spend time/energy cleaning up after THIS guest, or to incentivize that guest to keep it clean enough so you are NOT spending that time after they leave cleaning up after them. Cleaning fees are NOT for housekeeping services during stay.

Oh, also, you don't say how long the guest is staying. IF that guest wants housekeeping, send a change form with a daily fee for housekeeping services. When the guest approves, you are set.
