Why is it that I've selected my cleaning fee as $30 but it shows up as $31 when I preview?
It's due to exchange rates between currencies. The same goes for prices of stay, @Tony229.
Hi Marzena,
Thanks for the reply but shouldn't the currencies shown and the one I'm using to set the fees be the same? Also it is only a $1 CAD difference so I don't see how it can be exchange rate?
Tony
Listen to @Marzena4, @Tony229. It is exchange rates. My price is often $1 off as well - in Canadian dollars, like yours. It is converted and re-converted to and from USD. We all set and see our prices in the currency we choose, but it is an international company.
Some things are rounded to the nearest dollar (like listing rates and your cleaning fee), and some are now in dollars and cents, like our payouts.
