Commercial Inquires?

A guest messaged me asking if they could use my space for a commerical photoshoot for a local company. How do I go about approaching this inquiry? I personally don't mind if they use my space for commerical use, but is this something allowed under airbnb's policies?

@Ciera0 Airbnb doesn’t have a policy on this. Make sure your price reflects the additional people, liability, and possible damage if you consider allowing this.

If you do it make sure you will be the  supervisor not of their product but yours you know what I mean
