How in the WORLD do you actually get a hold of Airbnb to resolve an issue? The resolution center only shows old, resolved stuff... and no option to start a new one.
I am frustrated with not being able to contact anyone. I show I have a charge on my account for a cancellation. I was not paid for an extra guest too and who do I talk to?
@Kathleen67 and @Denise92 Although AirBnB makes it as hard as possible to find ways to contact them, thousands and thousands of hosts have managed to find out how. During the time you spent finding and posting in this forum, you could've also found out how to contact AirBnB, by searching in their Help system or even by searching in Google.
