Declining Guest Enquiries

I received an enquiry ffrom a 5 person family and a dog for my one bedroomed apartment - I declined the enquiry and have been 'marked down' by airbnb. This seems unfair? Could airbnb advise?

Hi Robert, not sure what you mean by marked down.  If you are not on instant book you can decline any enquiry without penalty.
