@Kimberly277  Have you inadvertently signed up and connected your account to a third party pricing tool, such as Beyond Pricing or Wheelhouse? Those pricing tools are designed to overwrite your Airbnb pricing, so each time they sync it would reset your prices on Airbnb (which sounds similar to what you are seeing). Can you remember signing up for a free trial to anything like this?

Not even Superhosttools or Smartbnb? Sorry I just know that it’s easy to overlook the pricing features that other apps have buried in them... they seem to be in everything.

you were correct! It was Superhosttools for messaging, had no idea it defaulted a minimum price! Thanks so much for your help!
