Does one need to counter-review every EXPERIENCE guest so their reviews show up on my listing?

Hi there.

Does one need to counter-review every EXPERIENCE guest so that their reviews show up on my Experience listing?

I'm finding that Experience guests are leaving reviews that are not showing on my profile. To date I have received 3 reviews (I get emails from AirBnB with the details of the guest's reviews in them) but only one of them is showing in my profile. I have not counter-reviewed any of the guest's reviews yet, but I heard with HOMES hosting  guests and hosts need to counter-review each other for the reviews to show up on each other's profiles. But I'm unsure if it is the same with Experiences. I would be surprised if it needs to be like that on Experiences as well because due to the volume of guests coming to Experiences it could require their hosts to post tens of guest reviews per week. Not really realistic.

Does anyone know how the AirBnB "algorithm" works in this regard on Experiences?

@Daniel2246, I can see that you have four reviews on your profile. Also, it is not correct that hosts and guests of HOMES have to counter-review each other for their reviews to show up. Reviews will show up whether they are counter-reviewed or not.

@Kath0, thanks for taking a look to help me. I took a look at my experience page from a new Internet browser to eliminate the possibility of browser cache showing old information. I did not log in to AirBnB that time, so I was seeing a public view of by experience page. I then logged in and took a look from the host point of view. I also logged out of the iPhone app and logged in again. In all 3 scenarios I only see 2 reviews. How bizarre. Definitely seems like a bug to me.

I would attach a screenshot to demostrate but that feature does not seem to be avalable here 😞
