Extenuating circumstances

I had to cancel a gues as our boiler stopped working - no hear or hot water!

I now need top send the boiler paper to Airbnb 

But I can not find anywhere how I contact them to show it was extenuating

Can anyone help

You'll need to call them and they will instruct you where to send it.
