Family Collection disappeared from Progress / Opportunities ?

I've been working on joining the Family Collection, and about a week ago, finally got my 2nd family booked and they gave me a good review.  I got the "Family Collection" added to my Opportunies page under "Progress" tab.  Then, a few days after my review rollover, it just disappeared.  I just have three "Opportunies": Basic, Work Collection, and Superhost.  No "Family Collection".   I've opened a case with AirBnB three days ago and they keep saying "Oh, we will work on that - what was your problem?" But they never actually get to the issue.  And it's still broken.

Has anyone else noticed the "Family Collection" simply disappearing from the Opportunities page?

I still see it...

@Geoff22  Go to Listing, then Booking Settings and scroll down to House Rules. Click Edit then check yes to:

Suitable for children (2-12 years)

Suitable for infants (under 2 years)

This not currently showing on your listing and it has to be now to be part of the family collection. Also while your doing this please click on Pets Allowed since you do allow them.

well, this is messed up.  I have those things checked on my actual "edit listing" but when I got to preview it, they aren't there.

Airbnb tech support has been engaged.

@Geoff22 Were you able to figure this one out? The listing I help co-host also has this problem.

We were actually already part of Family Collection but was suddenly dropped. Entire Family Collection progress disappeared (not even grayed out). Contacted support and was told it 's probably because we have a response rate of 88% (they require 90 on basic req. - this was before we knew that we have to accept/decline every single inquiry in 24h and not just simply reply a message). Now that we're at 90% it's still missing and we double checked that we meet every single other requirement.

I just don't understand how Work Collection progress is still there while Family Collection just disappeared entirely. I mean, even if we don't meet one requirement it should still show up there as that's the whole purpose of tracking your progress, right?

@Manuel526   You don't have to Pre-Approve or Decline an Inquiry within 24 hours- if you simply respond to the message within that time frame, your response rate will not be affected.

However, you do have to Approve or Decline a Booking Request within 24 hours or your response rate will suffer- a simple message response won't do.

Just an update, this is the reply we got from Support. We lost Family Collection in our Progress tab since maybe July so hoping this will get fixed soon:

"Hi, this is Aries from Airbnb Support Team. I hope this message finds you well.

Apparently, there is ongoing issue with the Family collection tag and Airbnb is already working to fix the issue as soon as possible. As of the moment no exact time frame when this going be resolved.

The Family Collection tag should be automatically on the progress tab/listing once issue is resolved.

I hope this clarifies and I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused. Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to let me know. I'm more than happy to help."

I got basically the same answer from Tech Support - "its a bug and we're working on it".  And eventually it WAS fixed. Eventually = a couple of weeks.
