First guests from hell

So, i have my first guest and wow he is so disrespectful it's unreal.

I have a no smoking rule in the house, I am a smoker but smoke outside my guest from hell just smokes in the kitchen and has no respect when i say this is a no smoking house. Hes been drunk every night, argumentative and as messy as a teenager. Thank good i only have him until friday morning.

My question is If i leave him a bad review will that look bad for me? I do feel Future host that may get him should be aware.

If I had this guest I know either he or I would be dead come Thursday.

With such a disrespecful guest I know no-matter-how hard I try to be uncomplaining, the bile will brew and brew until I would turn into a crazy landlord screaming, running around with a hachet

@Robert1411 Another thing is if it was me I would make sure to have everything written down in the messages between you and the guest. That way airbnb got access to what have happend if you need help from airbnb support.

Ok, so an update on my guest from hell.

He arrived back this afternoon handed me his key apologized and left, explaining he hadnt been feeling well and was returning home.

All is well that ends well i guess but  what a horrible nasty person, also on the up side my new patio foundations are being layed tomorrow. Such wonderfully fast ground workers here lol

This one should be cut and dry. Airbnb should have him removed from your property by the police if he won't go voluntarily, and banish him for life. Nothing else would suffice.
