Guest stays longer than agreed

Has it ever happened to a host that a guest did not leave on the checkout date? What happens if the guest does not vacate the premises as agreed and remains on the property?

You should use the resolution center to ammend the booking or request eviction.

 Airbnb will help you evicting a guest which is the reason to keep all transactions on the platform.
