Guidebook missing

Hi there,

I want to add to the guidebook I wrote for guests a few months back but that part seems to be missing - all I can see is the 'Things to Do' section of it on my PC laptop, nothing about what the WiFi password is, where everything is etc. Does anyone have any idea why this isn't showing up/ where to find it?

Hi Matt,

This is one of the features of the app and website that unfortunately are a little "squirrelly" right now. I'm having similar problems adding to my Guidebook, and trying to get help from Airbnb is challenging, to put it mildly. My suggestion is to try to reach them on the phone and have them walk you through it.
