Hi
I have had a minor comment in a review that was fair (poor wifi). We've bought a booster to improve connectivity and put response to comment in 14 days, but it's not showing up when you look from traveller view.
Have I done something wrong. Its annoying as we've improved but anyone reading the review wouldn't know!

I've just looked at your listing, the comment is here and is very visible! It just contained a word that airbnb thought was suspicious or part of a link/number, so this word is hidden.

I had an electrical supply issue during a few stays at my property and we have subsequently resolved the issue with the local municipalities.
How do I mention this following the negative reviews I received?

Airbnb sucks. That's just the way they operate. They don't give any of us homeowners the opportunity to ameliorate reviews by people complaining about temporary situations.

The auto-censorship ("URL-HIDDEN") is a bit unfortunate but that just reflects on AirBnB's abilty to get on top of censor-bot issues, not really on your listing.
