HELP - processing error for cancellation

Hi

I have a plumbing emergancy and am trying to cancel a guests reservation for tomorrow... I follow all the steps correclty then am being told "there is an error processing this request".

Help!

I don't want to inconvience the guest for much longer so they can make alternate arrangements.

@Jay111 The error refers to the redded amount $0. Have you ever cancelled before?

And maybe it's good for you - do not cancel it yourself, or else you will be punished.
