Help requested re early departure and refund request

Hi, we had a guest check in today and then say that they were leaving early (they were booked for 2 nights) as our driveway is made of dirt and they were worried this would invalidate their car hire agreement. We offerred for them to park their car at the top of the driveway and suggested they then walk down or call us for a lift but they said it was too far (it is a rural property and the driveway is about 500m). So they left and now want a full refund. I do not think this is a reasonable request but am interested to hear what others think.

Down the bottom it does say I can open up a new issue if I wish to request money back so that is what  I will do if it has happened
