I'm trying to figure out what my Holiday Pricing should be for the Christmas season and New Year's Eve. Is there a rule of thumb? 50% of your low season rate? 80%?
Thanks!
I think it very much depends on your location and other offerings in your neighbourhood. You might want to consider to activate "smart pricing" just to see what happens to the prices at Christmas.
Smart Pricing is not accurate in our area. Prices our home at low season rates 😞 so I always have it turned off.
Depends where you are located, I would guess. I don't increase my prices for either holiday, as my area doesn't see increased traffic.
Most places increase prices, not reduce.
I thiink they mean 50% and 80% in addition to the low season pricing :).
