Hi, can anyone help.  I sent a special offer to a guest which he dd not book within the 24 hours.  He would now like to book it but for some reason when I send him another spcial offer, the service fee has nearly tripled and the price for him does not come down.  Why is this?  Thanks

Not sure about the second special offer, but your first special offer is still valid, also after 24 hours. The only thing that changes is the you, as a host, have to approve it. So it might be an option your guest will accept your first offer still.
