Homeowners' Insurance - Help!

Hey guys,

I just found an insurance policy that covers damages and the lowest deductible is $250. It's called Lemonade - if anyone has used this or have heard of this, please let me know! I just had a guest that caused over $1,000 in damages and despite showing damages, photos, videos, and making my claim with Airbb, they denied the claim due to their changes to their "host guarantee". I do recommend that you require a deposit if you are new to Airbb. If anyone has looked into insurance with Lemonade, please, please let me know!
