Listing the same property more than once...

What's the deal with posting same property more than once under same or different accounts?

I am not talking about the double booking issues. Is it ok to post same property more than once?

There used to be a function to report the host for Airbnb to check, but I assume they don't care anymore.

Maybe I'm just confused but wouldn't mind posting my apartment 5 times ...
