Hi there,
a friend of mine is a host with around 50 positive reviews and has been kicked out by AirBnB (all future reservations cancelled and refunded) due to false accusations from previous guests - the first time this happens ever. There were criminical investigations against his assistant and it is proofed and filed that the accusations all were wrong and just invented by the guests to cover their own misdemeanor.
How can he contact AirBnB (via phone or direct email) to clarify the issue? It seems that the regular customer support is not responsible (they said so via phone) and his emails to AirBnB went unanswered.
