Host or host representative must be available on-site requirement?

I recall a requirement from some years back that a host or their representative must be available to be on site within 24 hours of check-in,  but cannot locate this after some Googling etc.

Is this still an ABB requirement,  and does anyone have a link to it?

@Kenneth12

I've never heard of such requirement, are you sure you understood or remembered it correctly? Because logically, someone has to be able to come to the property within 24 h or less in case of emergency if something doesn't work or is broken and needs fixing

Hi @Branka-and-Silvia0 :  my memory is that this was circa 2012,  and that "or representative" was added-- thus after the days when we were expected to meet guests in person etc. and to provide a much more personal experience.

Perhaps ABB has dropped any requirement to have anyone on site at all?   I'm certainly not finding it at this point.
