Hosting on airbnb

Hello everyone! I was reading through some of the threats and realized that some hosts have been experiencing similar problems as I have regarding no longer getting enough bookings due to the Airbnb Plus. We went from being booked over 90% of the time to less than 50% of the time.

I also wanted to ask a question to hosts who have multiple properties. Do most hosts have the listings under their personal names or do people have any kind of corporation, partnership, or any other business entity? We have a corporation C; however, I am finding the maintenance, taxes, associated fees to be too much, and am considering closing it. I want to get an idea of what everybody else is doing.

Thank you!

Many hosts experienced a drop in bookings and I am one of them.

Search results will show on the top positions:

- listings in the strict city center around the main square

- instant booking listings

- plus

- hotels and agencies

- new listings

... and then, at the end, you will find good old super hosts with 200+ reviews who made Airbnb the multimillion company .  It sucks.
