House Rules for Whole Property Rental

Hello Everyone!

 I am revising my house rules and I see that they are very basic, like no smoking, no parties, no pets, etc. I am sure there are so much more important things to add and would love to hear your tips and advices. Every property on my listing is rented as a whole, so House Rules that are ment for sharing spaces are not necessary.
