House cleaning in Pine Grove, Colorado near Bailey, Conifer and Aspen Park

Hi, I am hoping someone near me uses a honest, reliable, good communicating house cleaner for their vacation rental.  My rental is about 1100' a 3 bedroom and 1 bath and I would like to pay $50 to have someone I can count on clean it as guests depart.  Any referrals from anyone?  thanks   [Personal Details] Karla

I don't know what criteria you've set for cleaning between guests, but I think you're very low in your estimate of how long it will take/how much you should pay for a good cleaning between guests.  I usually clean our 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 800-foot cottage myself and find it's a good 4-5 hour job between guests.  If they've stayed a significan period (2 weeks or more) it takes longer, as there is more woodwork to wipe, blinds to dust, stickiness in the fridge, crumbs in the toaster....

Each time I hired a cleaner, I paid $125, and felt that was low for the results I was expecting.

I am probably the only one on this forum who knows where your property is.

I think you are being unrealistic in how much you are prepared to pay, some years ago the going rate around here was $25 an hour, no doubt more now. And this sounds more than a 2 hour job.
