Housekeeping as a service

Long terms guests, especially those who travel for work, require housekeeping services.

is there an easy way to charge guests for cleaning, providing fresh linen/towels, for longer stays?

Hi @Oad0 - yes, you can charge for these things through the Airbnb system on a case by case basis. 

Here is is how it works:

1. Describe your optional extras in your listing description (with prices)
2. Use Airbnb messenger to agree which extras your guests would like to buy (important to have a record of this in the Airbnb system)
3. Accept the reservation as you normally would
4. Go to booking details and select “send or request money”
5. Send the request for the amount agreed
6. Your guest should accept the request (check this)
7. Provide the extras (once you know they have paid!)
